    Shipping was quick and reasonable. The item was packed okay. Value was decent, but it arrived in pieces. The entire back door of the item was broken off. I looked at the photos again more closely and it looks like it was already broken on the right rear side. There was nothing noting this in the description that I could find. Wish it would have been more clearly identified. I’ll fix it if possible, but I am very disappointed.

    I am an avid collector of fine bird ceramics from many makers and sellers with a collection of well over 500 birds from almost as many sellers. This seller has distingushed itself as one of the best buying experiences. The listing was clear. The condition was as advertised. The shipping was immediate. The packaging of very fragile ceramic was perfect, brilliant, it gets no better. And all of this for a very reasonable expense. Will have to be a favorite seller from now on, look forward to that!
