Brett at East Coast Arcade was very professional and helpful. I bought a Merit Megatouch touchscreen. I chose to have Clemmer Moving and Storage deliver my machine instead of having it bounced around by local shipping. BIG MISTAKE! From pickup to delivery 21 days passed. If you are not in a hurry, I guess that would be ok, however I was not. I’m just notifying buyers about using Clemmer and this is no reflection on East Coast Arcade.

Several attempts to make this right with no response now. Megatouch arrived shattered in pieces. Packaging was fine but after the final plastic was removed it was fractured in many pieces . $2k+ would be nice to have this resolved but it’s been two months with no action. Photos were sent and even messages open to replacing with a similar product if they couldn’t provide the same. This was an anniversary surprise for my spouse gone wrong.

I am sorry you had an issue. We responded that you needed to file a claim with UPS for the damages. We are still searching for a similar replacement for you but would need paid for it after UPS pays you.
