    Item has not arrived yet. Although it is USPS who delivers, I hold the seller ultimately responsible for the item not being delivered in a timely manner. Other than collecting the funds, and this was ordered by accident and was told it could not be cancelled, no other communication occurs so 1 star is fair. Item description can t be rated since it has not arrived. Obviously no charge is the best but that doesn t offset the poor delivery performance. Ill change to neutral.
