Despite asking for the book to be securely packed, it was just sent in a padded satchel, without any additional protection. By some miracle, it arrived in Australia in excellent condition - even if luck played a part in that. Happy with the order overall.

I was a bit concerned when the item wouldn’t track after a label had been created for shipping (according to shipping updates provided). Upon contacting the seller I received assurance that the the item had just shipped. Then the item started tracking within a day and made its way to me. No complaints on my end, but initially I was worried something had gone wrong. Once it had shipped I received an updated delivery date and then it arrived promptly.

You order the book, the shipping label is created (and ebay considers it "shipped" , and the shipment status never changes, until you, the customer, asks 2 weeks later where the book it. After the ultimatum of please credit or ship in 48 hr, the book ships and arrives no problem.

It finally did arrive (16 days after shipping!), and when I contacted them the seller wrote back a lovely note and said to keep the item as a gift. I highly recommend this seller!
