  So I never got the item and the issue was NOT the seller’s fault. Once it got into the hot little hands of the USPS, the package got into a loop going to El Paso and back to Atlanta, over and over and over. In total, the package had a 40 day roadtrip, visiting the Midland Texas sorting center over a dozen times. I would buy from this seller again because they bent over backwards to get this to me, spending endless hours on the phone to try to rectify the issue. In the end, they gave me a refund.

  The phone exceeded my son’s expectations. It’s very accurately depicted in listing, came with a perfect charging cable, and is actually better than good, as rated. I would call it very good. Great value, gently used condition, and an excellent birthday gift. It’s a beautiful little phone and it appears that it was well taken care of.
