The USB and headphone cables were enclosed and again, original packaging on these items. I accept this is a brand new item, just not 'sealed' per the description. The headphones were configured for first-use (application download required) and headphones work perfectly. Yes, delivery was on-time. Yes, I can recommend this ebayer.
