The seller, not so great, because they supposedly printed a shipping label on August 30, but no shipping updates showed up until I contacted eBay support about non-receipt of the item. Seller never offered apology or explanation and finally shipped the item about 2 days after eBay notified them of a problem. The order arrived a full week after the original projected last date for arrival.
