    You never contacted us with any issues. What was incorrect? You did not order a candle. You ordered wax melts that look like KFC Mac & Cheese, and that's exactly what you received, and it looked exactly like in the photo. It helps to read the descriptions.

    Never received this! I contacted the seller, and they said I wanted to cancel this transaction. The plain truth is. I never received it! The seller cancelled this transaction! Waiting on my refund!

    We cancelled and refunded your order because you said you didn't receive it. Ebay didn't give us the option to choose "seller cancelled". Bottom line is you didn't receive your order so we did the right thing and refunded you in full. It always takes a few business days for the credit to go through, no matter where you order from.
