    I received the vacuum and it did not work. After a lengthy time on the phone with a Dyson rep it had been determined that the motor was bad. We had to wait several weeks for the new motor to arrive. I contacted the eBay seller and he offered a $50 discount for the hassle. Honestly, I would have just a working vacuum cleaner, but I didn’t have much choice at the time and so yes, whatever he could do. I have yet to receive that $50 credit. No response either. A highly unethical seller. 🥲

    item arrived as described new, and on time BUT, had issue the blade point sets outside the handle when closed , thus catching on the pant pocket and worse of all on the hand, cut myself getting it out of my pocket when carrying it... contacted seller, sent pics, hoping to correct the issue with them, have not had a email reply in a week. disappointed , will not buy from again..
