    I received the vacuum and it did not work. After a lengthy time on the phone with a Dyson rep it had been determined that the motor was bad. We had to wait several weeks for the new motor to arrive. I contacted the eBay seller and he offered a $50 discount for the hassle. Honestly, I would have just a working vacuum cleaner, but I didn’t have much choice at the time and so yes, whatever he could do. I have yet to receive that $50 credit. No response either. A highly unethical seller. 🥲
