    I ordered this item by mistake. The bottom part of the glass didn't match my set so I couldn't use them. I promptly opened a return through Ebay, packed it exactly as it was sent to me then the seller left me defamatory feedback under the guise of a postive for this. This is in direct violation of Ebay's feedback policy. There was nothing that I did that merits this kind of inexplicable behavior. Be very careful with this seller or better yet, avoid all together.

    Your statement is FALSE> The bottom line is I sent you two glasses. You stated that you did not like them and asked to return them. I received one glass that was in a bubble wrap pouch that was almost to sand is was so pulverized. The second pouch had just the base of the a glass in it. I reached out to you and you did not respond. I contacted eBay for help. I could have easily just let it go since the glasses were inexpensive, but wanted to stop scammers from abusing sellers.

    The box and item inside got damaged in shipping (not the fault of the seller), but they promptly refunded my money when I reached out. I would purchase from this seller again in the future.
