  Communication isn't great with Dyson Direct, they have no idea about the eBay storefront of their business and they uploaded the wrong shipping information, and eBay wasn't able to help find my where my package was in the shipping process ...but the package arrived within the shipping window, packaged well, brand new as described, and the price was good. I'd probably shop with them directly next time, to avoid the problems between eBay and Dyson.

  I took my time to leave feedback because I wanted to use the air wrap and see how it worked since it was refurbished. It is truly a great purchase. I called Dyson to register for warranty and it was a pleasure to speak with the customer service representative. I have a two year warranty and that makes me feel good. Also, one of the brushes did not attach well, and since it’s under warranty it was replaced and delivered to me within three days. Amazing service and great price. Highly recommended
