I'd probably shop with them directly next time, to avoid the problems between eBay and Dyson.

It is truly a great purchase. I called Dyson to register for warranty and it was a pleasure to speak with the customer service representative. I have a two year warranty and that makes me feel good. Also, one of the brushes did not attach well, and since it’s under warranty it was replaced and delivered to me within three days. Amazing service and great price. Highly recommended

Shipping was unclear, delivery dates changed, and customer service only apologized. The product arrived dusty, despite being boxed. It was listed with a 2-year warranty but came with a 1-year limited one and no registration info. The price dropped shortly after my purchase, but they refused a refund. Still no response about the warranty issue. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
