    I am totally impressed!!!!! My Dyson came today. I absolutely love it!!!!! There was constant communication updates from the seller regarding the delivery day. The vacuum came packaged perfectly with everything that I needed included. It is so clean and for a vacuum really pretty. I assembled all the parts and plugged it in and it works beautifully. I am so happy!!!!! For the price of this refurbished Dyson, the warranty, the communication, I would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!!

    When my Dyson rebuilt vacuum arrived one of the rollers was broken. The box was slightly crushed in shipping. I reach out to their service and they gave me the choice of returning it and getting a replacement or stopping by a service center and have them look at it. Stopped in and it took them less the ten minutes to repair. Have used the vacuum twice so far and it works perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about Dyson service. My last Dyson lasted 18 years.
