  The item that was sent was bad but the seller had great customer service and we were able to resolve the issue, it had the best price when comparedto other listing, it was a bit dirty when it arrived which is obvious for a used part , but it was a quality oem part which is what I needed, i received the item fairly quick and it was also packaged nice, all in all everything worked out in the end I'm a satisfied customer and will be buying from this seller again, because they are honest and fair.

  I'm not going to rate the item itself as it was not a functional part that we received - its how they handled it after my call - I'm not going to rate the delivery time as the post office decided it was a great idea to send it from N Carolina to Central Florida via Tucson Arizona (with a correct label) My customer decided to not fix the car after all (most likely because of the scarcity of parts these days) and when I called about it I was given a complete refund A++ service!!
