    I was inadvertently a "problem customer" because I ordered one order through guest and another after I made an Ebay account. With my excitement, I bugged them too much for updates and questions - They were easily able to deal with my error and all my platinum and gold guppy came on the same day, healthy and ready to breed. I have been in e-commerce for over 20 years and I can say - without a doubt - they are responsive, patient and give a high quality product. Will recommend 10/10

    I ordered 4. Originally only received 2. One was DOA. I reached out and was told they would make it right and send 3. I only received 2 replacements. I sent pics as asked and now I’m no longer hearing back from seller. I’m still short 1 female blue dragon guppy. Avoid this seller. They don’t pay attention and have quit communicating.
