  Sadly like so many sellers, Evri was used to deliver this item. They lost (delivered to the incorrect address) the first handle and the seller had to send another one. Once it arrived, I can confirm that it is a great product that represents good value for money. It is particularly good that it comes with the required rivets. Despite the frustrations with Evri, I would use this seller again based on the product alone. Thank you for addressing Evri's shortcomings.

  The item was dispatched promptly by seller & confirmed received by EVRI for delivery but a problem occurred with them. Informed seller on two occasions & eventually item received approximately 3 weeks later. Would not use EVRI as from my experience they are much slower than other carriers. The seller in this case was not to blame. The item was as described.
