    Purchased in “open box” reciprocating saw. Picture was with battery and tool arrived without battery and with a used bend blade. I contacted the seller and they worked with me to come up with a solution, which was $16 returned. Thank you to the seller for working with me on this.

    The item was what I ordered. The listing says free shipping. I had to pay the shipping fee to get the item from USPS. I contacted the seller with a screenshot of the receipt of the shipping cost I paid. He has not responded back since I sent him a copy of the shipping cost. I was told by him yesterday about the notice and he said it’s not my fault. Beware of this scammer!

    Through no fall to the seller, my order made it the whole way to my hometown only to be returned by USPS to the undeliverable mail center about four hours after it arrived. They said it couldn’t be delivered or returned for some reason. I have a bad feeling they destroyed the package. Other than that, the seller did good to communicate through the whole processand was gracious to provide a prompt to refund.
