  Brand new as described. Great price! Quick shipping. Good communication. I tested it and it ran perfectly. The first one I bought was getting weak - I think the blades got dull. It was only 8 months old. Granted, I use it twice a day. But I still think it should last longer than that. So I bought this one as a backup just in case. Didn’t want to go with another brand because I am used to this and liked it. Just wish it lasted longer.
