    The bulb, lamp and googles were delivered on time. The items are built well. It's too early to tell if there are benefits, but be careful with your eyes. Even wearing the googles, the red seeps into the skin on the sides of the googles. I used my hand over my eyes. This is my first red light and I find it very strong, and I have no experience with other's devices.
