    This NVR5232-16P-EI I found not very user friendly, as compared to other NVR's I have. Shipping was fast, though shipping box was questionable, but arrived ok. I sent seller questions but only got short vague reponses. I will say the NVR has many features, most of them I'm not interested. Menu takes some time getting use to. I have many different brands of cameras and so far they are working with this NVR. I took off 1 star becuase of the difficulty with the menu and vague reponses from seller.
