This seller has been helping to work through a problem with these batteries not working with original equipment Kobalt battery chargers. I purchased two batteries, neither would charge. Simply put, the chargers don't recognize that a battery was inserted. I sent pictures and a description. The seller sent two more batteries with the same result. The seller has refunded my money and contacted their manufacturer. Too bad, but resolved.
