    Purchased a Dyson Animal 2 vacuum cleaner from this seller. The item arrived in a timely manner. However, the brushes on this vacuum cleaner were damaged and did not spin at all when the vacuum cleaner was in use. I contacted the seller about the issue immediately hoping to resolve the matter without having to get eBay involved, but I waited 4 days and never received a response from the seller. I should have known that the price was too good to be true.
