All of our products that are listed as OEM are genuine factory original parts, however if this is still out of your budget we have some listings that are remanufactured OEM or we have new aftermarket versions which are like factory OEM but less expensive.     This item arrived damaged and was clearly previously opened. We did not receive the same packaging as pictured. Seller is refusing to refund the order.

    We never refused to refund the order, and we have the whole message chain between us as proof. You started a return and then stated you disposed of the key fob. I would understand if this was your first day on eBay, but your approaching a decade of being a member, and eBay has procedures to cover both the seller and buyer. Did you consider that the key was possibly damaged in shipping? We won't know now that you conveniently "disposed" of the key fob against eBay policy.

    I received this item fast, and to get it for this price was awesome. The tech that came out to program the key fob, told me that this was a smart key, I had to pay over two hundred for it, this was OEM in the package, dealers charged somewhere around 400 bucks for the key and programming. Well I was blessed, I got the key for a really great price and he only charged me 100 dollars to program it. He said had it been a fake, I would have lost my money. Thanks!!!!!
