Absolutely horrible, he outright refused to correct the situation. He paid for ground shipping but put the product in a priority box. Dropped it off for shipping so the post office policy is to ship it priority since he used the priority box. Well low and behold now I owe the difference to pick it up. I contacted and told him many times he just kept telling me how he paid the (wrong) shipping, then stopped responding as I kept pleading with him and letting him know what was wrong

The item did arrive on time and it is in good working order. A tracking order was not provided which I would have appreciated. Anytime I spend $300 on an item, I think it's appropriate to provide tracking. I would think the seller would want that same protection, knowing that the package was delivered. Other than the lack of tracking, the transaction was smooth.
