Kudos to this seller for good communication and being willing to resolve issues. I received the item I bought and was not satisfied, it was not the item in the listing. The item was brand new, came in a nice box, and was shipped super fast...it just wasn't an official Nissan Titan keychain. Contacted the seller and they were very responsive and reasonable, and issued me a refund quickly. Bummed I didn't get the keychain I wanted, but pleased that this seller was easy to work with and friendly.

Item shipped fast and was exactly as I ordered it. HOWEVER--I had to return the item due to it not being the part I needed. Seller received item promptly but then wouldn't refund me, and even worse, would not respond to any inquiries from me about the status of refund. Nothing. Notta. Zilch. Not even a courtesy reply to say "hey, we are processing it" or "it'll be delayed". I had to actually escalate the claim to eBay who promptly refunded me. VERY POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!!
