  Threw $300 away. Package didn't look damaged, but part inside was cracked. Sent seller pic and they had a pic showing no damage. Finally got them to answer if had insurance and answer was no. Be nice for seller to insure shipment of this amount, or offer me option to pay. They told me to try it anyways, which I had no desire to use a damaged part, but finally did go ahead and install on a vehicle to find it had an internal fault code. Got another from different source and fixed vehicle.

  Needed this part as soon as possible to fix a work truck. After purchase, Seller said the part would ship on the day the listing said I should receive it. I never received the part. Seller said they shipped it but UPS tracking said they did not. Seller refunded the purchase 10 days after I was supposed to have received the item. Will have to reorder from another seller and be without a truck for a month, instead of the 7-10 days I expected when I bought from this seller. Caution advised.

  Item has shipping damage. Seller was very quick and stayed in touch while getting the defective part sent back and a replacement sent out. Great experience!!
