    I requested you to reject my partial refund offer so that I can give you the full refund. I could not do anything because the partial offer was still not received any response from you. I am willing to give you the full refund but you already accepted the partial refund. As I mentioned to you, the talc-based powder is no longer in market due to health concern. Cornstarch based powder is the replacement.
