  Received 5 instead of 10 masks Had to use some before they said when I contacted them to send all back so they could verify I only got five. They said 2 per pack which it was not.   I placed an order with them and I did not see it for two weeks. They noticed that somehow I got lost with the USPS and immediately refunded my money and sent an apology so I’ve never actually gotten anything from them, but the communication was excellent and they are paying attention to what’s going on. I know they shipped the item, but it was lost somewhere in the middle of the USPS system for quite a while. They immediately refunded my money. That’s a good seller.
