    The shipping was detailed. I received tracking information, which actually was accurate. It told me where the item was and when. The packaging was eco friendly. It was wrapped in cardboard paper within a cardboard box. The item is as described. It adorable. It is super cute. It was well worth the money spent. I can't fit my remarkable inside of it, so I will need a smaller e ink e reader for my every day carry. However, this is the perfect sized bag for an every day carry.
