    Had to get eBay involved because the seller never shipped the item. They could have sent a message saying they had something come up and needed a few days but nope, no communication whatsoever. Got my money back so that’s why I’m leaving neutral feedback instead of negative feedback. I really hope you learn from this mistake and do better next time.

    Sorry, its not meant to be deceptive. There are five size options on the listing, it shouldn't allow anyone to reach check out without selecting a size. As for the title only saying 40LB is because the title can only be so long. Also there is a subtitle beneath the listing stating the other optional sizes available. Do recognize that the 40LB size is still part of the listing and is selectable. You are also within the return period if you'd like a refund.

    The order was canceled due to a lost shipment. Regarding your comment about duplicate listings, while we do sell extra-strength versions of this product, I can assure you they were not identical items, as that would violate eBay's policies.
