  The seller did not have the the item I had bought. He offered a replacement that I was not happy with and we were negotiating back and forth, which took some time because of the time difference. I did find a different replacement item I was happy with but suddenly was notified that the sale was cancelled because the time limit for shipping had been exceeded. I got my money back, but because exchange rates vary I ended up getting quite a lot less back than I had given.
