  Good experience. I'm ngl these took a little while to arrive to me but they arrived as described and I couldn't be happier. I took one right out of the box and shoved it into the refrigerator hole slot and immediately it was giving me awesome results. The water tasted better and looked cleaner. Oh, and did I mention the seller gave me a crazy deal when he accepted my offer? Yes, I am truly happy with my purchase. Well done. Would buy from again.

  It stated was new in unopened box, not true the box has been opened. Worried if everything is there. Was giving as a gift but not sure now looks tacky the way it has arrived. Just be honest about product you are selling. Will not buy from this seller again!!!! In picture box has been opened and taped.
