  Very disappointed I didn't receive order. Seller said third party was responsible for shipping orders. The third party informed Seller the shipper couldn't find our address. We've lived in our present home the last 14+ years & receive deliveries from USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL without issue. We called UPS informed that our tracking# had been flagged and was being used for multiple orders, none of them included our order. Won't use this Seller again. Received a full refund.
