My 3.5 HP Mercury Motor was delivered with a crushed lower cowling and and cracked upper. I did my research in my area and was told by bass pro that dealers will do your warranty. I could have bought this cheaper off the shelf there but I decided to find a dealer, my mistake. So I ordered off eBay from a Mercury dealer, my mistake. I’m in the credit card charge back now with no communication from this seller. Just garbage. I do not recommend buying here. Beware. Buy else ware.
