  Low integrity seller. I bought a $2500 induction cooktop and they packed it horribly. They loosely packed it in a vertical wardrobe box sitting on its delicate glass edge which of course led to it arriving completely smashed. Since I forwarded the box they and Ebay claimed no responsibility. The cost of repair to me is $900 so I offered to split the cost with them but they refused. The only good that came out of it was a wonderful discussion with my 10 year daughter about integrity.

Seller asked for pics. Found a repairman. Ordered the parts. Got it repaired. Couldn't have asked for more. Have not actually hooked the unit up yet due to a construction delay but am cconfident the range will work as described. 👍
