  Low integrity seller. I bought a $2500 induction cooktop and they packed it horribly. They loosely packed it in a vertical wardrobe box sitting on its delicate glass edge which of course led to it arriving completely smashed. Since I forwarded the box they and Ebay claimed no responsibility. The cost of repair to me is $900 so I offered to split the cost with them but they refused. The only good that came out of it was a wonderful discussion with my 10 year daughter about integrity.

  Arrived quickly. As described. Damaged during shipping. Not the seller's fault though putting something under the legs in future to distribute the weight likely would prevent the issue. Seller asked for pics. Found a repairman. Ordered the parts. Got it repaired. Couldn't have asked for more. Have not actually hooked the unit up yet due to a construction delay but am cconfident the range will work as described. 👍
