    If I could I'd give this seller 10 stars! He went way beyond my expectations to make me satisfied with my purchase for my wife's Valentine's Day treats! In a wonderful communication, I explained to him what my wife liked and didn't like and asked him to select from his list of products the things he'd recommend and send them. All because he was out of what I out of what I ordered! Received them today & "WOW" is all I can say! I can't wait to see her face when she tastes them! Thank you so much!

    EIGHTEEN DAYS AGO THESE PEOPLE TOOK MY MONEY BUT DIDN'T SEND OUT MY ITEM. NO RESPONSE WHEN I EMAILED THEM. NO CONTACT FOR EBAY HELP! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. EBAY HAS GONE DOWN HILL IN THE LAST FEW YEARS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    We have written to the customer twice about the problem with shipping this easily meltable chocolate more than 4,500 miles to her by the slow parcel mail shipping she chose for delivery and through temperatures in the 90s with no insulation and no ice packs. We always require that safe delivery be made on all orders.
