I wrote to seller to ask why my order was delayed, and found out his wife has some health issues he had to deal with. He said he would include an extra chocolate bar for my troubles. We have written to the customer twice about the problem with shipping this easily meltable chocolate more than 4,500 miles to her by the slow parcel mail shipping she chose for delivery and through temperatures in the 90s with no insulation and no ice packs. We always require that safe delivery be made on all orders.
