    listing clearly states ship up to 3 days not including weekends and holidays. That is when it was shipped. Purchased Thu 3/6 shipped Tue 3/11, that is 3 business days. Delivered 3/17 . I am not responsible for the Post Office. I was timely. This is how it is set up with ebay. If I was late I would be penalized.
