This seller is listing auto parts they don't have.
When they can't source the parts to fill the order, they refund you but with a fake reason ("damaged"). You know it's a fake reason because they don't refer to the plurality of the set of parts and are unable to talk about specifics.
Stop doing this you are wasting our time.
And- don't attach a tracking number to the order and send some lame stickers to try and protect yourself/game the system.
