    Shipping was speedy, packaging good, however only the player and the carrying case were included -- the ad had also mentioned a remote, charger and manual. The description also mentioned earbuds. Very disappointed. However the player was in really good shape, and the case was like new, so I requested a partial refund to cover the cost of buying a new charger (the player was unusable really as it was). Seller was very responsive and immediately provided a partial refund.
