  The Ad said I was purchasing a set of 8 Snap Hooks, but when it arrived the box only contained 2 of the large hooks and none of the small hooks. I contacted the seller and they apologized and said they would refund the purchase. When I asked if the would also refund the shipping costs and taxes they requested a picture. I sent the picture the next day but it's been days and I've not heard back from them. The Snap Hooks are a great product, so I ordered another set from another seller.

  NOT the sellers fault but most of the candy was stuck together. I had to smack them against a wall in the package to separate the candies. Some were unusable as I used them as a party favor in gift bags. Candy tasted fine but possibly the shipping truck was hot and they melted together. Again, seller could not have been aware because the box was sealed.
