It came earlier than the estimated delivery date and it was packed carefully with multiple layers of bubble wrap then lots of thick packing paper and secured in a sturdy box. This seller communicates well and let me know the correct UPS shipping number when it was entered incorrectly. I was able to easily track the package easily. This mug was a great value - priced fairly and the shipping was free (always a plus!). I'll return to this sender for more.
