  Price was marked down so I made the purchase and paid right away, seller posted shipping and tracking information the next day. After that there was nothing, seller did not ship out the package. After a week I messaged and ask for the item, seller did not respond for another 3 days. Finally seller showed and saying he was off for the weekend and will look into this, next thing he did was canceling the order, reason being out of stock. Why did you mark down the price when you’re out of stock?
