  The toughbook looks and acts brand new and was as advertised. The communication with the seller was good, as I expected since I'm a repeat customer. I would have rated the delivery 5 stars if they would have knocked or rang my doorbell, so that I would know that it had arrived. It was packaged well.

  Seller is absolute true to his word and goes above and beyond...I would recommend any laptop purchase from Doc's Laptops, Jeff. CF-33 is great, I don't particularly care for like the tabs for the usb ports could easily break off. It is lighter weight than the CF-31, but doesn't seem that "tough" like the 31 :-) I have a feeling the battery replacements will be expensive. I Like the removable top to make a tablet. It is a very nice unit and well packaged for shipment...cosmetically perfect
