  Item arrived damaged and not quite as represented but the seller was very understanding and effected a reimbursement immediately. Usually this would not merit a positive five star rating but the seller behaved honorably with no hassle. (I could not rate the description as five star because I did have an issue therein) I would just recommend asking specific questions if there is any room for misunderstanding the description of the item for sale.
