    My experience with this seller and any other sellers who do not directly use the United States Postal Service has been a Nightmare! Why on earth does it take 2 wks to travel onel state over? This is quite annoying. I carved a schedule for usage of my product, but sellers want to take a backdoor approach to using the post office directly. My 1st pkg was lost. Then it was mailed properly and I rcv'd it. I reordered, now I'm back to step one with my package being delayed becuz of backdoor shipping!

    I am so sorry you did not receive your package yet. We use the company LetterTrack for tracking purposes and the USPS scans your package as it travels. It shows it is in transit and mailed out on the 13th. I understand your frustration. Packages are mailed promptly and do go through the USPS system. The cost of postage is so much now that we try to find ways to save money and not raise costs to our customers and is why we use tracking with another company. I will message you with more details
