    Item is new and as advertised. Dispatch, and subsequently delivery was delayed as item was not posted. Tracking number was given but never received at the PO. Messages regarding delay mostly remained unanswered. On ordering another item I commented on the missing item. Later that day, it was posted. (as well as the new item) other items i have purchased did not have a problem so it looks like this delay was a one off. It would have been nice to get replies to enquiries though.

    Product exactly as described and arrived quickly. I'd mistakenly ordered two instead one and they'd been dispatched befy I could cancel. Sell we got back to me promptly to say I could return one for a full refund. So all round excellent service an top notch communication. Recommended.

    I wasn’t sent the same spider from the listing, it has different colours and packaging but at least this one was the correct flavour, which is all I’m bothered about and it arrived quickly very well packaged so it would not have any damage 🤗 I’ve had trouble trying to get one of these spiders for my son as it was in his Christmas list, this is the second try, (after ordering this from a different seller I was sent a green tropical one) so I would buy from this seller again
