Instead of canceling the order when they should have shipped it but were out of stock, they wasted my time and now I have a customer who is not happy. Very poor customer service. They didn't even respond to my "did this ship yet" question. They simply canceled my order. Horrible customer service and a waste of my time. Thanks for making my customer think I am inconsiderate like you.
