  The lockset finish is first rate, good quality. As an opened package, extra screws were even included. It arrived two days before it was anticipated and that was a giant plus. I did have a bit of installation problem due to Schlage manufacturing not milling/drilling two screw holes very well and I'm assuming this is the reason the package was open box, but it in no way reflects on the seller and was easily remedied. Would definitely buy from again! 4 Stars!
