    The ceramic mug is new as described and pictured, and shipped fast. The only negative thing is it was shipped in a thin flimsy cardboard box with some tissue paper and some (but not a lot) of bubble wrap covering the mug, and surprisingly it arrived un-broken. I don't mean to be nit-picky, but ceramic mugs can easily break during shipping if they aren't packed with lots of bubble wrap and placed in a quality cardboard box. Seller got lucky on this one. I'll still give him 5 stars. Thanks.
